AutoErgon LLC ("AutoErgon," "we," "us") provides AI-powered automation services — including text message review requests, appointment reminders, and phone answering — to local small businesses ("our Business Clients"). This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal information in connection with those services.

What information we collect

On behalf of our Business Clients, we may collect:

Phone numbers of end customers, provided directly to a Business Client (for example, at checkout or via an in-store sign-up card), for the purpose of sending review-request or reminder text messages.
Names, when voluntarily provided alongside a phone number, used only to personalize a message (e.g. "Hi Sarah").
Basic call or message metadata (timestamps, delivery status) needed to operate the service.

We do not collect payment information, government ID numbers, or sensitive personal data as part of these services.

How we use this information

Information is used solely to deliver the specific service a Business Client has engaged us for — for example, sending a one-time text approximately one hour after a customer's visit, inviting them to leave a Google review. We do not use collected phone numbers for any other marketing purpose.

SMS text messaging and third parties

No mobile information — including phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent — will be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. The only parties who ever handle this information are the service providers (such as our messaging and workflow infrastructure providers) strictly necessary to deliver the message you have opted in to receive, and they may not use it for any other purpose. SMS opt-in and consent data is never shared with any third party.

Consent and opt-out

End customers opt in by voluntarily providing their phone number to a Business Client and affirmatively agreeing to receive SMS text messages, as described on our SMS Messaging Consent page. Any end customer may opt out of future messages at any time by replying STOP to any message received. Opting out immediately stops all future messages from that program.

Data retention

Phone numbers and related message data are retained only as long as needed to provide the service to the Business Client, or until an end customer opts out, whichever comes first. Data is not retained for any purpose beyond the specific messaging service engaged.
