AutoErgon LLC ("AutoErgon," "we," "us") operates SMS text messaging programs on behalf of local small businesses ("Business Clients"). This page describes how customers opt in to receive text messages and shows the exact consent language presented at sign-up.
A customer opts in by providing their mobile phone number to one of our Business Clients — in person at checkout, on a printed sign-up card at the business, or through the business's own sign-up form — and affirmatively agreeing to the SMS consent language shown below. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
