AutoErgon LLC ("AutoErgon") operates a text messaging (SMS) program on behalf of local small businesses ("Business Clients") to send review-request and reminder messages to their customers ("end users"). By providing a phone number to a Business Client and affirmatively agreeing to the SMS consent language described on our SMS Messaging Consent page, an end user consents to receive text messages as described below. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
Message frequency varies. As a general rule, an end user should expect no more than one message per visit or interaction with a Business Client (for example, one review-request text approximately one hour after a visit). Message frequency may vary by Business Client.
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
For help, reply HELP to any message, or contact us directly at info@autoergon.ai.
You can cancel this messaging program at any time. Reply STOP to any message to opt out. After you send STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation message and you will receive no further messages from that program. You may re-subscribe at any time by providing your number again to the Business Client.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include, but are not limited to, AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and other major US wireless carriers.
Use of this messaging program is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes what information we collect and how it is used.
